On the 25th of November, 2020, the Department of Oil and Gas Engineering and industrial technologies of Engineer and Technological Faculty held a round table on the Implementation of land monitoring and state control over the use and protection of lands”, with the participation of members students’ community “Surveyor” online by Zoom platform.
During the round table, students discussed issues of state control over the use and protection of land, gave recommendations on timely identification of changes, their assessment, forecasting of further development and prevention and elimination of the consequences of negative processes.
Using the example of specially protected territories and objects of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the West Kazakhstan region, a description of the qualitative and quantitative state of land resources was presented.
