At the present stage of education development, it is becoming relevant to identify, generalize and disseminate innovative pedagogical experience. One of the most effective forms of spreading one’s own pedagogical experience is such a modern form of methodological work as a master class.

To this end, on March 28, 2025, within the framework of the School of Pedagogical Excellence, Associate Professor of the Department of Petroleum Engineering, K.A. Iкhsanov, Ph.D., conducted a training seminar on “Methods and forms of higher education”.

The teaching staff of the Institute of Industrial Technologies participated in the methodological seminar. The teachers present actively asked questions and noted the novelty of teaching methods and techniques.

In the final part of the master class, the seminar participants passed the test “Diagnostics of teachers’ orientation towards an educational, disciplinary or personal model of interaction.”

This form of methodological work is an effective method of transferring learning and upbringing experience, since the central link is the demonstration of original methods of mastering certain content with the active role of all participants in the lesson.
