Today, on 11/29/24, within the framework of the memorandum of cooperation between the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University and the court of the West Kazakhstan region, Chairman of the court No. 2 of the Bayterek district Mynbayev Manarbek Adilgereevich, according to the schedule of guest lectures on OP 6B04207 “Judicial and prosecutorial activities” and 6B04202 “Jurisprudence” for students of the 2,3 and 4 courses was held guest lecture on the topic: “Transport criminal offenses”.

The lecturer, PhD in Law M.A.Mynbayev, gave the students very procedural and statistical information about the problem of road accidents that caused serious harm to human health and life. The main causes of traffic accidents due to speeding and low legal culture of drivers were also noted.

The students asked their questions on the topic and received comprehensive answers from the lecturer.
