On May 12, 2023, the representative of JSC “Financial Center” Akzira Serikkalikyzy visited the West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology, where the head of the Department of Practice and Employment of ZKITU IGF Zhubanshev Bekten Umbetovich organized a meeting with graduate students studying under a grant – State Educational Order (other specialties).

The meeting was attended by the head of the Department of reception and vocational guidance and the GF SKITU Mayranova Lyazzat Nurbolatovna.

Akzira Serikkalikyzy explained in detail the procedure for sending young specialists to work and, in the absence of vacant jobs at the time of distribution, a young specialist is sent to register as a job seeker directly to the employment center, the conditions for postponing work, listed the categories of persons exempting from work based on paragraph 17-2) of art. 47 The Law “On Education” and finally brought responsibility for not working out on the basis of paragraph 17 of Article 47 of the Law, which states that a young specialist is obliged to reimburse expenses incurred at the expense of budgetary funds in connection with his training.

During the meeting, students were asked questions by Akzere Serikkalikyzy, to which they received clear answers.
