On the 12th of May the discussion of the upcoming republican referendum on amendments and additions to the Constitution of Kazakhstan took place on the TV channel “Ak Zhaiyk”. Senior lecturer of West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University, candidate of law sciences Gabdualiev Mereke Tlekovich took part in the TV program “My opinion”, expressed his position on the upcoming referendum and explained to citizens what constitutional reforms are waiting for Kazakh people.
