On the 7th of April, 2022, students of EP 6В04202 “Law”, “Architecture”, “Electric Power Engineering”, “Construction” took part in the essay contest “Is Technical Progress good or bad for the Humanity?” (written works in a foreign language), which was held at the Department of Foreign Languages of East Kazakhstan Technical University University named after D.Serikbayev. The aim of the competition was to increase motivation to learn foreign languages and support students who speak English. Abatova Almagul under the guidance of scientific supervisor Kurmanova Zh.B., she was awarded a Diploma in the nomination for the best disclosure of the essay theme. Students Dmitry Garkach, Danil Lysenko (supervisor: Sultangalieva A.A.) and Tomiris Kardashova, Rufina Dzhubanalieva; Aidar Galymzhanov, Dilnaz Bulatova (supervisor: Kurmanova Zh.B.) were awarded with the certificates for active participation in English Essay Contest.
