Architecture and Civil Engineering
Department of “Architecture and Civil Engineering” 6B07302 – “Construction” to provide the general construction industry of the western region of Kazakhstan with qualified personnel; 6B07301 – “Architecture”; 6B07303 – Implements the program “Land Management and Cadastre”.
According to the educational program 6B07302 – “Construction”, specialists are being trained in the field of construction, design, management and organization of construction and installation works, factories for the production of construction products, construction joint-stock companies of factories.
According to the educational program 6B07301 – “Architecture”, highly qualified specialists in the field of architecture and urban planning are being trained, who are competent to solve complex design, research, organizational and managerial, expert, professional issues.
According to the educational program 6B07303 – Implements the program “Land Management and Cadastre” educational program trains specialists who can perform geodetic, survey, cadastral, land management, design and survey work on land management.
Teachers of the department meet the modern requirements and needs for the training of specialists in professional education, improve their skills to qualitatively master their knowledge in accordance with the disciplines and professional profile of the university and universities in the central cities of Kazakhstan. Teachers are also engaged in research to increase their scientific potential. Accordingly, the department has a scientific-methodical seminar.
Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor B.T. Under the leadership of Shakeshev senior teachers, masters of technical sciences Bekkaliev NM and Tauyshev OU are engaged in research on “Improvement of technology of ceramic products based on industrial waste”, as well as on the initiative of Candidate of Agricultural Sciences GG Kenzhegaliev senior lecturer, agricultural Master of Sciences SA Ihsanova conducts research on complex topics on “Reclamation assessment of irrigated land use in the West Kazakhstan region.”
Student clubs “Kurylysshy”, “Zemlemer” and “ArhiArt” operate in the leading high school, aimed at forming the interest and ability of students to professional and pedagogical work. The department has a laboratory “Building Materials” and a training workshop “Architectural Design” for educational and research work.
