Education and academic degree
After completing his postgraduate studies in 2007, he successfully defended his PhD thesis on the topic “Reproductive capacity of breeding camels and the dynamics of their sexual activity during the reproductive season”, specializing in 02/06/2011 – “Breeding, breeding, genetics and reproduction of farm animals”, and received the degree of Candidate of Agricultural Sciences.
Scientific activity
Izimgali Nurymovich is the author of about 200 scientific and educational publications, including articles in the international databases Scopus and Web of Science. Two innovative patents were obtained under his co-authorship:
• A method for obtaining diagnostic material for camel telesiosis using retrobulbar blockade;
• The method of general anesthesia of breeding sheep before castration.
Participation in scientific projects
• The executor of the scientific project of Grant financing of the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2012-2015) to improve the breeding and productive qualities of Kazakh bactrians in the conditions of the West Kazakhstan region.
• From 2024 to 2026, he was the executor of the scientific and technical program of the Targeted Financing of the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan BR24992892 to increase the productivity of dairy cattle.
• Along with scientific projects funded from the national budget, he leads proactive research on the reproductive qualities of bactrians and the development of innovative methods in veterinary medicine.
Editorial and expert activities
• Member of the expert commission of the scientific and practical journal “Science and Education” (Zhangir Khan State Technical University, 2016-2023);
• Since 2021, he has been an expert at the National Center for Professional and Public Accreditation of the Russian Federation. Conducted an external examination of educational programs at the Ural State Agrarian University (Yekaterinburg, Russia);
• Since 2022, he has been an expert at the National Center for State Scientific and Technical Expertise of the Republic of Kazakhstan.;
• Since 2023, he has been the editor-in-chief of the scientific and methodological journal Vestnik ZKITU.
Scientific guidance
Under the scientific supervision of I.N. Zhubantaev, 8 master’s degree programs and more than 20 theses were successfully defended.
