Bakytova Ardak Sagdatovna, 1st year student of the educational program 6B01601 – History of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University, won the first place and became the Champion at the youth championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan in pankration, organized by the Committee for Sports and Physical Culture of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan during February 21 – February 24, 2024 in  Karaganda.

Ardak’s future profession is a history teacher, but despite this she pays special attention to professional sports. Her choice fell on a rather dangerous sport – pankration. But despite the complexity of this sport, she participates and takes prizes in many sports competitions, not only at the regional, but also at the republican level.

The university staff sincerely congratulates Ardak on the honorary title of Champion and wishes her great victories in the international sports arena.
