The role of advisors in building the educational trajectory of a student at the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University plays an important role in the educational process of students.

An adviser is an academic mentor of a student in the relevant educational program, who assists in choosing a learning path (forming an individual curriculum) and mastering the educational program during the training period. The adviser represents the academic interests of students and participates in the preparation of all necessary information materials on the organization of the educational process, provides them to the student and assists him in the preparation and adjustment of an individual curriculum.

In accordance with the academic calendar for the 2022-2023 academic year , the advisors , together with the Registration office , are scheduled to work according to the educational process , the main tasks of which are:
– Ensuring timely (in accordance with the academic calendar) registration of students for elective disciplines and the formation of individual curricula of students, organization and monitoring of training sessions and current certification;
– Assistance in the organization of academic mobility training;
– Preparation of students for the Final certification of final courses.
