On October 8, 2025, a meeting of students with employees of the Police Department of the West Kazakhstan region was held at the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Technosphere Safety.

The event was held as part of the implementation of the «Law and Order» concept and was aimed at developing a legal culture, integrity and awareness of personal responsibility among young people. In the light of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, K. K. Tokayev, to the people of the country, the role of the law as the basis of a just and safe society was emphasized.

During the meeting, police Lieutenant Colonel Tugelov B.A., an operative of the department for combating drug crime in the West Kazakhstan Region, spoke in detail about the risks of the so-called “easy earnings”, schemes for involving young people through Internet resources and messengers, as well as the severe consequences of the use and distribution of narcotic substances.

Employees of the Police Department Shuinshaliev O.A. and Borangali B.A. highlighted topical issues of countering fraud on the Internet, combating organized crime, and also gave real examples from investigative practice when students were involved in criminal activities.

To enhance the preventive effect, video footage with live footage and examples from real criminal cases were demonstrated.
