On February 23, the Department of “Energy, Automation and Computer Engineering” of the Institute of Industrial Technologies of ZKITU together with Jaiq Hub held a “Jaiq Hackathon” among students of regional higher educational institutions on the topic: “IT solution for universities”. The purpose of the Hackathon is to encourage creativity and offer practical ideas for improving life and learning. The participants demonstrated their skills in various fields such as programming, design and business analysis.

The hackathon was attended by the teams of ZKITU, Zhangir Khan ZKATU, M.Utemisov ZKSU and KazIITU, each of which presented their innovative ideas and solutions. This event became a platform for the creative exchange of ideas and stimulation of the development of the IT sphere in the educational environment of the Western region.

According to the results of the “Jaiq Hackathon” competition, the jury selected three of the strongest creative teams who solved their task within a certain period of time. Prizes were awarded to the winners.
