At the initiative of the senior lecturer of the Department of Architecture and Construction, G.Sh. Izbasova, students of group ZK-32 visited the Department for Land Resources Management of the West Kazakhstan Region on November 18, 2025, from 11:00 to 13:00.

The main purpose of the excursion was to reinforce the students’ theoretical knowledge in a real working environment, familiarize them with the production processes in the land resources management system, and develop their future professional competencies.

This activity allowed the students to gain a closer understanding of the functions of the sectoral state institution and to study in more detail such areas of work as land fund inventory, land monitoring, interaction with land users, and the preparation of necessary documentation. In addition, the excursion contributed to the students’ professional orientation and had a positive impact on their adaptation to the labor market.

During the visit, the students learned about the organizational structure of the Department for Land Resources Management, the mechanisms of land cadastre maintenance, the measures aimed at the rational use and protection of land resources, as well as the features of modern digital platforms and geoinformation technologies used in the field of land relations.
