In the period from October 2 to October 13, Iraida Kharchenko, Ph.D., assistant professor of the Samara Institute of Management, was invited to the Faculty of Languages and Management in the program of academic mobility.

Kharchenko IM held classes on the discipline “Personnel Management” for students of II-III courses of economic specialties.

Personnel management as an integral part of management is connected with people and their relations. It is people – the source of creativity, initiative, energy to achieve the goals facing the enterprise. Without the management of people, no organization can function – large or small, commercial or non-profit. Personnel management is aimed at achieving efficiency and fairness in interactions between employees.

In cooperation with the students, the teacher used such active teaching methods as problem lectures, group discussions, case studies, dynamic couples, conferences, role-playing and business games, video method, multimedia, which contributed to the intensification, efficiency, quality and effectiveness of the learning process .
