Students of the 3-rd year of the educational program “History” of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University, from the 2-nd semester of 2024, undergo teaching practice at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Uralsk.

Students for practical training were assigned by the school management to classes 7D, 8D, 8C, 8D. Leading historical teachers Magzomova Arailym Serikovna, Ashimova Dina Tlekkabylovna, Khamzina Elmira Narimanovna, Magzomov Turak Zhanbolatovich provide enormous methodological assistance in the development and conduct of training sessions. Under their guidance, students master specific pedagogical techniques, taking into account the interests and psychological characteristics of intellectual school students.

During practice, students become familiar with curricula, curricula and features of the application of a system of innovative methods of education and criterion-based assessment in the “History of Kazakhstan” and “World History”. Conduct classes based on specific concepts of learning, change and continuity, cause and effect, evidence, similarities and differences, significance, interpretation.

At the same time, during practice, great importance is given to organizing and conducting educational activities.

Thus, practical training is one of the areas of cooperation between the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University and the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Uralsk in terms of improving teaching methods and developing pedagogical skills.
