On March 2, 2023, the Philological Olympiad of schoolchildren was held at the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University.
The purpose of the Olympiad is to form and strengthen the interest of students in studying the Russian language and literature as a language of interethnic communication.
Zhubantaev Izimgali Nurymovich, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor, Vice-Rector for Scientific Work and International Relations made a welcoming speech.
The Olympiad consisted of three stages:
- stage: writing an essay.
Stage 2: testing in Russian language and literature.
- Stage: interview. Participation in the discussion on the topic: “The Trinity of languages: pros and cons”.
Following the results of the Olympiad, the places were distributed between Kazakh and Russian classes separately. The first place was taken by: Galieva Zh. (SHLNo. 35) Berik Zh. (SOSH No. 37)
Second place: Aikorgenova M(SHLNo. 11), Nurbekova A. SHG im.Abaya), N. Gimran (school No. 6),
Eremesheva A. (Aksai, school/4) Naumova Yu.(SHL/35)
Third place: Baizullina T. (school No. 47), Yarovaya I. (Bumakol school-garden), Kairatova K. (SHL No. 11), Tolegen N. (secondary school No. 37).
The prize-winners were awarded with diplomas and memorable prizes, the rest of the participants received letters of thanks and certificates.
