From September 26 to October 3, 2017, the SES expert Dr. Jürgen Fiedler (Germany) delivered a course of lectures on the theme “Psychology in Pedagogics” to students of 2-3 courses of the speciality “Kazakh language and literature” of the pedagogical faculty of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technological university. Dr. Jürgen Fiedler has experience not only as head of various schools within the country and abroad, but also as a member of the school education oversight committee. At the same time, he intensively engaged in the education and professional development of school teachers and managers with particular regard to psychological aspects.

He was also a freelance lecturer at the university, conducted lectures and gave speeches. In addition, he worked as an assistant professor of statistics (which also includes the program SPSS – Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Therefore, it is particularly suitable for this project.

Mr. Jürgen Fiedler held several seminars on innovative teaching technologies for instructors of the pedagogical faculty. As the results of the seminar the participants were awarded certificates.

October 3, 2017 a round table on the theme “Salutogenese for teachers” was held at the department “Philology” of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technological  university.

The instructors of the pedagogical faculty of WKITU and teachers of city schools took part in the round table.

The purpose of the round table is the exchange of experience in the application of new technologies in the sphere of education. Three reports were announced at the round table.

With a salutatory speech the dean of the pedagogical faculty Dzhumakayeva B.S. performed, she noted the role of psychology in pedagogics in the education system.

In conclusion, he expressed the hope that all instructors will systematically apply innovative teaching technologies.
